Wednesday, December 30, 2015 - Very nice bubbly; this shows very nicely the Ambonnay pinot noir that is so famous. The nose has pear, brioche, ginger, and baked apple. There is just a hint of fresh raspberry. The palate is rich and full bodied with a beautifully plush mouthfeel and lovely spice, fruit, and lees. Very enjoyable. This bottle was disgorged in 5/2012.
