Promising nose of leather, pencil shavings and graphite but the palate doesn't hold up to the expectations. The acid was enough to keep some interest, but very short and didn't deliver much excitement. Past it's peak by some way, maybe the half bottle not helping here, though I'm not sure if it ever reached any serious heights.
