Monday, March 14, 2016 - This wine has completed its evolution into a terrific experience. Not 100% sure it is through improving, but it is wonderful if you let it open up for an hour or two. Big and rich with dark fruits and a nice subtle oakiness but maybe a touch of menthol differentiating it from a high end Napa Cab. I don't have much Carmenere experience but I wish I had more than one of these left.
