Saturday, August 16, 2008 - This was very good - but not outstanding. Very drinkable now. Had w/ salmon and dill with asparagus. Complemented well. Nose is a lot bigger than in the mouth. Upon smelling, we were worried this would overpower the fish, but it didn't - thankfully.
