Tuesday, December 13, 2011 - Had this with rotisserie chicken but bottle was a little too cold initially.
Some good minerality and general Chablis charcter but not at the level of premier cru or even good Chablis of that year. I expected a little more but this is only a Petit Chablis. It's still very good but I would consider spending less for general Chablis from another producer or going up to a higher level.
