Thursday, May 3, 2012 - The aromatics are distinctly chablis, with gorgeous meyer lemon and crushed sea shell as well as undertones of orchard fruit and lavender. The palate opens with rich layers of ripe lemon, complicate by almond and dried green herbs. A welcome saline mineral spine arises on the mid-palate, later continuing onto a long and invigorating finish of tart lemon/lime citrus and white flowers. This has an excellent mouthfeel, boasting both rich lemon fruit and balancing acidity. Overall this a fantastic chablis with both power and finesse. R&M 91
