Sunday, July 5, 2015 - In the 9 months or so since I last tried this wine, it has mellowed a bit and is still very good with a robust meal like grilled steak with garlic herb butter, etc. Second night I can taste more of the dark fruit and the finish has improved - very nice even by itself. I still have a couple of bottles of this and wish I could find more. Don't forget to decant this wine, if for no reason other than filtering the sediment from the bottle.
