Saturday, May 11, 2013 - Less than a year ago I thought that this wine would take a lot more time, but i opened another last night and it is in a very good stage of it's evolution right now. Starts with a big attack of sweetish fruit that changes in the mouth to grapefruit acidity - beautifully balanced and a joy to drink. Bravo. Should we look for the 2012s, perhaps?
