Saturday, September 10, 2016 - A lovely golden yellow with the tiniest of bubbles. A beautiful, ripe nose of pear, honey and bread. On the palette, well rounded with a gentle but firm structure; great balance of acidity and fruit (pear, white flowers and honey suckle).
