Saturday, May 17, 2014 - Not a typical Cali Chard, thank God. Nice Chard flavor without the overbearing, in-your-face, oak and malolactic notes. Not as crisp as a white Burg but still very nice match to grilled swordfish with mango and raisin chutney.
