Friday, October 3, 2014 - Light bubbles, light body, simple and straightforward. Not much on the nose. Hint of citrus on the nose. I seem to remember this was more complex a couple years ago - is my palate changing? After it warms up you get a little more nose and complexity - don't over cool it in an ice bucket.
