Saturday, January 2, 2016 - Was expecting a lot given the producer and the vintage but this was a real disappointment for me.
Nose showing pretty black currants, some anise and brambly note as well. In the mouth the initial attack is good but then this just absolutely falls off a cliff. Thin and hot on the finish with little fruit.
Not sure if this is gone or perhaps just in a dumb phase. I don't have any more but if I did, I'd hold a good deal longer.
