Rather simple flavor-wise, but other than that a very delicious wine. Quite good at the price point. One thing my friend and I talked about, usually I reserve Merlot for meals, but this is a merlot (previous blends have been around 90 merlot/ 10 pinot noir) that I could just sit and drink, no meal needed. The structure is present but light and pleasing, this is a well built wine overall.
