Friday, July 24, 2015 - What a total suprise! Beautiful red color with a wonderful nose that still made it seem like it was 10-15 years younger than what it was. Palate was equally impressive, still holding good structure and balance. Tasted like a perfectly aged Bordeaux. No hint of raisin. Continued to drink up until the 1.5 hour mark of it being in the glass and it outshone the '83 Pichon Lalande we also had (although I was the only person who felt this way). Would love to have a few more bottles of this to open each year for the next 5 years.
