Monday, July 27, 2015 - I was surprised how well this wine is holding up given the 2009 season. Rich and dark to be sure but still nice tannic structure and just enough acidity to keep it in check and pair up well with a rich pork roast. I believe this could go for another couple of years but if drinking now give it a quick decant to really open up the aromas.
