Friday, July 10, 2015 - Beautiful rich color, deep dark garnet. Wonderfully fragrant with seriously big black fruits, violets, leather, black cherries, blackberries with a slight cocoa and spice taste. It has a medium-long finish and nice complexity. Fantastic with Italian food. It really complements the flavors of basil and tomatoes. There is a fair amount of sediment so decanting this one next time might be a good idea.
