Wednesday, March 30, 2016 - Medium red/purple hue. Smells of petrol and charcuterie. Super savory on the palate, green olive, cured meats, umami and earth notes. Soft silky mouthfeel. Medium acid, fine tannins really stain the tongue. Very distinctive wine, markedly different even from other Cayuse vineyards and wines from The Rocks.
