Saturday, March 28, 2015 - Aromas of smoke, earth and some dark fruit. The palate is quite nice - bbq, beef jerky, black cherry, hints of earth/dried herbs/spice. Integrated medium acidity/tannins, medium finish. Continuing to drink great, definitely peaked but should last a couple more years.
