Saturday, August 11, 2012 - NOSE: light white grapefruit and lychee, wildflowers and clover honey. A bit tight. TASTE: light, dry, strong acidity. White grapefruit, canned pineapple, lemonade and lemon rind, honey notes. It's like a lemon-honey Halls drop. Quite sour. Slightly floral. Acidity a bit too much for me. Still, non-offensive. Very simple. Chill WELL.
