Monday, January 19, 2015 - This bottle was still going strong. Complex mix of dark moist earth, tobacco, lapsang souchong, light tar and an attractive mustiness. After an hour of air time, the faintest hints of white pepper emerged. Decanted for 30 minutes and then consumed over two hours. Paired well with lamb loin.
