Monday, January 4, 2016 - Vikings actually beat the Packers (Gary and Judy's): Pop and pour, drank a glass over about 45 minutes. Rich, thick, quite sweet, enough acidity to keep it balanced. This is so rich and complex. Reminiscent of ice wine. I really liked the complexity here. The sweetness is a bit much.
