Wednesday, November 7, 2012 - I was very pleasantly surprised at how well this was drinking. This Walla Walla version of a Super Tuscan (50% Sangiovese, 50% Cab) combines the lovely fruit found in the winery's baseline Sangio with the extra gravitas found in their straight cabs. Also retains enough acidity to pair well with tomato-based sauces.
