Saturday, April 23, 2011 - On first opening, I thought this was chardonnay, as it was only showing some pear, nuttiness, straw, and some butteriness. With time, the nose blossomed with riper pear, apricot, honey, mineral, hazelnut, mineral, and white flowers.
