Friday, August 15, 2014 - Color: very light straw color and likely unfiltered. Yellow diamond.

Nose: Llmony citrus, central coast floral, and minerals

On the pallet: wonderful saline minerals, agave nectar, middle eastern citrus, dry summer wild flowers, and soft spices on the tongue. Very long mineral finish that makes you want more.

A spectacular effort not to be missed.

Now, if I could just get on that damn mailing list!
