Sunday, January 24, 2010 - Give this wine at least 90 minutes to open up. Strong and intense with a flavor profile of raspberry and cherry. Nose of spice and leather. Dense and long on the finish with hints of dark chocolate and smoke. Tannins are firm and well structured. Will improve with a few more years of cellaring.
