NOSE: clean; pronounced intensity; flavour characteristics: red fruit(strawberry, red cherry, grenadine), black cherry, vanilla (oak), hay; developing
PALATE: dry; high acidity; medium body; medium tannin; medium alcohol; long finish; pronounced flavour intensity; flavour characteristics: as per nose:red fruit(strawberry, red cherry, grenadine, cranberry), vanilla (oak), white pepper.
READINESS FOR DRINKING: can drink now, but has potential for ageing
FURTHER REMARKS: outstanding pinot with great fruit on nose and palate, nice complexity. Great intensity with length and flavour persistancy and a lovely balance all along. Will needto find some more bottles.
