Monday, October 8, 2012 - Light color. Bright red cherry aromas with some raspberry and floral undertones. Similar on palate accompanied by some fresh herbs. More concentrated in middle and end vs. start. After a couple of hours the cherry flavors starting coming across as slightly tart. Just entering its peak drinking window, this should evolve and drink very nicely to at least 2025.
