Saturday, May 30, 2009 - Decanted 3 hours (probably a mistake). This is a restaurant wine - built to be consumed young. Medium weight with cherry fruit and just a hint of cocoa. Not tannic or overly-oaked. Overall a nice, young cab that can be consumed now.
