Friday, August 27, 2010 - I have been wanting to open one of these for a while and with some of the recent notes about this not aging well it seemed like the time. Unfortunately, I have misplaced my notes. What I remember is that this was pretty soft and that the tannins had integrated nicely. We didn't find it very green or herbal as others had mentioned recently. This was very enjoyable and is drinking very well right now but should be able to go a couple more years.
