Tuesday, June 19, 2007 - Dark ruby/purple in color. The nose is cedar and oaky. The fruit bursts through on the palate with ripe sweet cherry, plum and a slight hint of bell pepper. The finish is long and spicy with a hint of oak. Tannins are well integrated and will no doubt soften more over time but despite its age it's drinking well now.
