Sunday, October 19, 2014 - Terrific Napa Cab! Stood 750ml for days, then slow-o for 30 minutes before dumping into decanter to serve with grilled ribeye. Dark, almost purple hue and a lovely nose of cedar and chocolate. Lush, very dark fruit dominated palate, with a ton of structure and a long finish. Drinking beautifully right now and a superb QPR choice. Wish I owned more of this!
