Monday, May 6, 2013 - Silky ink velvet texture with a crimson/plum color is as beautiful as it is captivating. Coffee, berries, flowers, and leather both in the nose and the flavor.

5/6/2013 8:59:00 PM - Thanks for the note. Tonight, I was considering opening one but instead opted for the savory Wind Gap Armagh syrah. In the bottle you had tonight, did you find any heat that was sticking out?

5/8/2013 3:14:00 PM - Frank, I didn't really notice much heat. I opened the bottle and let it breathe for about 45 minutes but in retrospect it could have benefited from an hour or so in a decanter.
