Sunday, December 13, 2015 - This rating is based on the best of the three bottles that I have had over the last year. Complete surprise! Opened this for a company party and was thrilled to see that it was not completely oxidized.
Not only that, it went on to display a mineral intensity that is normally reserved for the very best bottles of Chablis. Impeccably balanced with great underlying acidity, great texture and a very long finish. A producer to take very seriously...
