Friday, May 1, 2015 - Opened for 1.5 hrs before serving. Needs a 1+ hr decant IMO. This is a big wine, similar to the 2007 served with the previous course. Mis-paired with a crab salad, this wine needs heavier food (chicken, pasta) to shine. Served vs. the 2008 Ramey Ritchie and the additional oak/extract was evident -- with a delicate food I preferred the Ramey.
