Saturday, July 2, 2011 - This is showing really well with a few hrs of air. Great nose with a little barnyard, black cherry, mild stem, and spice. Palate is rich, with ripe fruit, earth and spice. Really nice acidity. Lengthy spicy earthy finish. Should improve with time too.
