Monday, April 30, 2012 - A California evening with Wolfgang Puck (Cut restaurant, 45 Park Lane Hotel, London): From magnum. A bit obvious, sweet fruit, vanilla from the oak, nice smoky minerality and freshness, good length, hint of tannin, a bit hard on the finish.
