Thursday, August 27, 2015 - Five years since last bottle. Lovely development towards beeswax, honey, preserved quince, lemon zest and pineapple drops. Still very fresh, with electric acidity to satisfy the most hardened of rockheads, but rounded and intensified by time. Transformation at work! Good to go for another ten.
