Saturday, May 16, 2015 - Decanted for 30 minutes ahead. Savory palate of black currant, with licorice and graphite hints. A good contrast in the difference of classic Bordeaux against new world (the much pricier Sena). Paired well with the leg of lamb marinated in mustard and spices.
