Thursday, May 29, 2014 - Time treated this syrah well. It was much more open than the last time with rich, plush fruit. The tannins are still a bit grainy but keep it from being flabby. Dark fruits but tempered by a note of burnt cranberry on the finish. Tea notes, bitter sweet chocolate and some cedar.
