Wednesday, September 22, 2010 - Dark red. Nose of spice, smokey wood and raspberry puree. Medium bodied, smooth entrance of cranberries and cherries, nutmeggy spice kicks in, cherries keep on coming, a little heat, dry but light tannins, and a medium finish. Definite port-like qualities, but they are well under control. A good wine.
