Thursday, May 28, 2015 - I pulled this thinking it would be losing its freshness at 7 yrs old, but nothing like. Ready now but showing no signs of decline. Thick, rich, and delicious. A little hint of cinnamon, beautiful acid just offsetting the fruit. This is as good as my prior best Chardonnay ever, a Leflaive Puligny-Montrachet from the 1980s. Wish I had more.
