Tuesday, September 13, 2011 - Will I ever get to have a similar experience in my life?
Time (2 centuries!!!) in a bottle, in a whiff, in a mouthful... and everything still alive, the alcohol, the acidity, the fruit - though transformed into something quite unknown, quite unique...
I could have sit there and drunk the whole bottle and still not be jaded by the whole experience.
