Thursday, December 5, 2013 - Year End Celebration Dinner with our shared wines (Imperial Treasure Cantonese Cuisuine, Great World City): Awesome Champagne, full of energitic beads. Powerful and complex nose of yeast, biscuit, lemon curd, yellow fruits with hints of toastiness. The entry is fresh, creamy and yet robust with lively acidity. It has the perfect balance and weightier palate. Flavours of ripe pear, lemon and citrussy. A long and linger aftertaste.
