Tuesday, February 17, 2015 - Yellow, with signs of age. Lovely intense bouquet of white flowers, toasted brioche, butter, yeast with peaches, papayas and hints of mint. Good structure on the palate, acidic and fruit along with freshness was in good harmony. Some green apples, Chinese pear and hints of young fruit, but I slowly got more and more secondary characteristics like butter, nuts, toast and oil. I felt some vanilla cream and orange peel at the end. Good champagne.
