Sunday, February 14, 2010 - Started out fantastic and crashed badly within about 3 minutes (to the point that we dumped more than half the bottle). We decanted this for 10 minutes before serving and that was a mistake. Just pop the top for a bit before serving. Bottle was in pristine condiiton and properly stored.
