Great aromatic nose of coal, wet concrete, herbs and dark fruits. Greatly satisfying. Full palate of dark ripe cherries and plum, quite a bit of tannin left with a great streak of acidity. I'll hold the other one for a few more years, and greatly look forward to tasting again. Only was able to have one glass out of the bottle.
Just came back from a Barnett Vineyards tasting, which was great, but confirms my love for the francs. Outstanding
