Tuesday, October 9, 2012 - Bottle #3 and best performance yet. Still a fullbodied wine, but showing excellent purity and intriguing sweetness on the nose. Telltale green peppers are in the background, tannins seemed gentler and more mellow than last bottle. Medium length. Lovely eastside bdx! Opened in the morning for dinner same evening. Served with filet of wild reindeer; splendid match! 92+
