Friday, October 2, 2015 - Sweet, resolved, red zinger, cranberry and bing cherry bouquet. Quite bright acidity, savory with some leather, maybe a hint of roast... lovely smooth texture, good tangy finish with a lingering loamy note. Has a bit more mid-palate stuffing than usual for the house. This is delicious, mature, semi-complex with just enough fruit to hang with the bumptious acidity.
