Sunday, July 10, 2011 - Salone di Grandi Vini Bianchi (Mirabelle Restaurant Austin, Texas): This wine is dry but with a sweet nose, very floral with a touch of marzipan, green apple and pear, mineral driven with nice round complexity. Everyone seemed to enjoy this wine with subtle fruit, great floral tones, and a pronounced mineral driven finish. The strong favorite wine of this six bottle flight among three tasting groups.
