Sunday, December 13, 2015 - Open one to check in. Nice nose of leather, dill, and orange peel. On the palate, everything is obscured by the oak treatment with overwhelming flavor of dill. Long balanced finish with plenty of grip. Tons of structure, needs quite a while to integrate the oak but this should be great in the future.
